We have developed a "solvent-free UV-curable conformal coating agent" that "protects" electronic substrates from water, moisture, and corrosive gases. It cures instantly under UV light, significantly reducing production man-hours. It can also cure with UV LED (365nm). Since it can cure with a single wavelength, equipment investment can be minimized. Being solvent-free, it also contributes to VOC measures within the factory. By switching from thermal drying processes to UV, it greatly contributes to the reduction of fossil fuel use and carbon dioxide emissions. Additionally, it is more resistant to temperature changes and has superior long-term durability compared to conventional coatings for automotive electronics, and it complies with international standards (IPC-CC-830).
